Our services

We provide educational content, market information and trading signals for informational purposes only. Signals are not instructions and not personalised investment advice.

No financial advice

Nothing we publish constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Third-party broker

Opening and funding a trading account is a direct relationship between you and Elev8, subject to their terms. We earn introducing-broker commission; this does not increase your trading costs.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services, spam, or attempt to disrupt our systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FX ORCA is not liable for any trading losses or damages arising from use of our content or services.
